Dance Acro is a fusion of a classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic/gymnastic elements. Arco dancers train in both dance and acrobatic elements; Acrobatic technique includes flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling, and is taught on mats for our students’ safety.
