RAD Ballet with Andrew Giblin Dance

We are thrilled to introduce RAD Ballet this term at Prime Dance, taught by the incredible Andrew Giblin of Andrew Giblin Dance. We are so lucky to welcome Andy to our faculty — a highly sought-after, professionally trained ballet dancer with extensive performance experience, including appearing in the iconic Nutcracker ballet.

This class follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, focusing on strong classical technique, musicality, posture, strength, and artistry. Dancers will be guided through structured barre and centre work in a supportive and inspiring environment, helping them build a solid ballet foundation while developing confidence and performance quality.

20 minutes Ballet cardio warm up or conditioning / PBT.

20 minutes Barre

15 minutes jumps and turns

5 minute cool down and stretch
