Ballet (RAD Grade 2/3) is a structured and progressive class that builds a strong foundation in classical ballet technique through the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus. This class is designed for students who are ready to develop greater discipline, following from Grade 1 building strength and understanding of ballet fundamentals in a focused and supportive environment.

Dancers will work through a series of carefully structured exercises and movements designed to develop core ballet technique, including pliés, tendus, relevés, basic jumps and turns, along with simple syllabus-based choreography. These exercises help to build coordination, musicality, control and confidence in movement.

By the end of this level, students should demonstrate a clear understanding of classical ballet technique and terminology, and be able to perform basic movements with increasing accuracy, coordination and expression. Creativity and performance quality are also encouraged as part of their development.
