Acro 3 (Advanced)
This class is designed for experienced dancers with strong acro foundations who are ready to progress to advanced skills, powerful technique, and higher-level acro connections.
Dancers must confidently have:
• Headstand
• Cartwheel
• Front Walkover
• Back Walkover
In this class, dancers will develop and refine:
• Stronger, cleaner walkovers and limbers
• Aerials
• Front and back handspring progressions
• Somersault progressions
• Advanced transitions and connected skill sequences
• Increased flexibility, strength, power, and control
• Performance-ready technique and execution
Our focus is on precision technique, strength and conditioning, and safe progressions to ensure dancers perform advanced acro skills with confidence, control, and consistency.
This class is also performance-based, meaning dancers will learn choreography, routines, and show work alongside developing their advanced acro skills.
If your dancer does not yet confidently have both a front and back walkover, we recommend enrolling in our Beginner/Intermediate Acro class to continue building the strength and technique needed to progress safely to this level.
